Welcome to Dehavarman Enterprises. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Print on Demand (POD) platform and services. By creating an account, uploading designs, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. Account Registration & Responsibility

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal contract in India.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Dehavarman Enterprises is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access or "hacking" to your account.
  • Accuracy: You must provide a valid RTO (Return to Origin) address. If an address is incorrect, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

2. Services & Production

  • Print on Demand: We provide custom printing services. Production typically takes 3 business days.
  • Operational Hours: We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. No printing or dispatching occurs during these times.
  • Technical Disruptions: You acknowledge that as a POD business, we rely on specialized machinery. Dehavarman Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by machine maintenance, breakdowns, or technical repairs.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

  • User Content: You retain ownership of the designs you upload. However, by uploading them, you grant us a license to print and ship them on your behalf.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload designs that are illegal, infringe on third-party trademarks/copyrights, or are offensive. We reserve the right to cancel any order containing prohibited content without notice.

4. Financial Terms & Wallet System

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The Wallet System: All financial resolutions, including approved refunds and cancellations, are credited exclusively to your site Wallet. We do not issue cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.

Taxes: All applicable GST and taxes will be calculated at checkout based on current Indian tax laws.

5. Shipping, RTO, & Quality Claims

Shipping Liability: Once a product is handed to our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart), we are not liable for transit delays or courier-related issues.

RTO (Return to Origin): Any package rejected by your customer or undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be shipped to your registered address. We do not store or refund RTO items.

The 48-Hour Rule: Any quality issues or damages must be reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window are strictly void.

6. Right to Inspect & Final Judgment

Dehavarman Enterprises reserves the exclusive right to judge the validity of any defect claim. For disputed cases or exaggerated claims, we may require you to ship the product back to our facility at your expense for physical inspection before any Wallet credit is issued. Our technical team’s decision is final.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dehavarman Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising from the use of our services, delivery delays, or technical failures.

8. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that disrupts our operations or harasses our support staff.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Policy Updates

Dehavarman Enterprises reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
