1. User Ownership & Liability

Ownership: All designs uploaded to dehaprintondemand.in remain the property of the Account Owner.
Presumption of License: As a printing service provider, Dehavarman Enterprises operates under the assumption that the user has the full legal right, title, and license to any design they upload.
User Liability: The responsibility for ensuring copyright compliance lies entirely with the user. We encourage all users to avoid printing copyrighted material without permission. By placing an order, you accept all legal liability for the content of that order.

2. Social Media & Content Creation

Behind-the-Scenes Footage: While we will never sell your designs to third parties, Dehavarman Enterprises regularly records "behind-the-scenes" content of our printing process for social media and marketing purposes.

Consent: By using our service, you agree that your orders may be featured in our social media videos or photos. If you have a strictly confidential design, you must notify us in writing before placing the order.

3. DMCA & Infringement Claims

Targeting the Correct Party: Since Dehavarman Enterprises is only the fulfillment partner and not the creator of the designs, any company or individual wishing to file a DMCA or copyright claim should direct their action toward the Account Owner (the seller).

Our Response to Claims: If we receive a formal notice of infringement (DMCA or equivalent) regarding a design:

We will immediately suspend the printing of that specific design.
We will notify the Account Owner.
Printing will only resume if the Account Owner provides valid proof of license or authorization.
Failure to provide proof will result in a permanent ban of that design and potentially the entire account.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dehavarman Enterprises harmless from any and all claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your breach of third-party intellectual property rights. If we are sued because of your design, you are responsible for our legal defense and any resulting fines.

5. Policy Updates

Dehavarman Enterprises reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
