Refund Policy

At Dehavarman Enterprises, we provide a custom, made-to-order fulfillment service. Because every product is manufactured specifically for your order, we adhere to a strict refund and cancellation policy. By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
1. Cancellation & Self-Service Window
30-Minute Window: You have a strict 30-minute window from the moment of purchase to cancel your order directly from your User Dashboard.
After 30 Minutes: If the 30-minute window has passed, you must immediately contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8591897384.
Production Status: If the product has already entered the printing stage, Dehavarman Enterprises cannot issue a cancellation or refund. If it is not yet in production, our admin team may cancel it at their sole discretion.
2. Eligibility for Refunds (Quality Issues)
Refunds are only considered for verified manufacturing defects or transit damages.
The Strict Window: Any issue must be reported via WhatsApp within 1–2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date recorded by the courier. Claims made after this 48-hour window are strictly ineligible for any resolution.
Covered Issues: Misprinted designs (our error), physically damaged items upon arrival, or receiving the wrong size/product compared to the order placed.
3. Technical Exceptions: Minor Variations
Dehavarman Enterprises does not offer refunds, credits, or reprints for "Minor Variations" which are standard in the printing industry:
- Color & Fabric: A 10–15% variation in color or tone is normal due to the shift from digital screens (RGB) to physical ink (CMYK) and how different fabrics absorb ink.
- Placement: Minor shifts in print placement or scaling of up to 0.5–1 inch are industry-standard and are not considered manufacturing defects.
4. Verification & "Right to Judge"
Dehavarman Enterprises reserves the exclusive right to determine the validity of any refund claim.
Proof Required: You must provide clear, high-resolution photos or videos of the defect via WhatsApp immediately.
Product Inspection: If a claim is disputed or if a user provides exaggerated information, we reserve the right to require the product to be shipped back to our facility at the user’s expense for physical inspection. Our technical team’s decision is final.
5. Refund Method: Wallet Only
We do not issue refunds to bank accounts, credit cards, UPI, or any external payment methods.
Approved refunds (including original shipping costs for verified defects) are credited exclusively to your Wallet on our website.
Wallet credits never expire and are intended for future orders on the platform.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds, wallet credits, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after printing has started.
- User Errors: Selecting the wrong size, color, or providing an incorrect shipping address.
- RTO (Return to Origin): Items returned due to customer rejection or non-delivery are sent to the Account Owner’s address; no refund is provided.
7. Legal Agreement & Updates
By signing up for a Dehavarman Enterprises account, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
