Shipping Policy

Welcome to Dehavarman Enterprises. We provide professional Print on Demand (POD) services across India. By signing up for an account, placing an order, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
1. Production & Dispatch Timeline
Because every item is custom-printed specifically for your order, we adhere to the following schedule:
- Production Time: It takes 3 business days to manufacture and print your product before it is ready for dispatch.
- Dispatch Days: We operate Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. No printing or dispatches occur on Sundays or public holidays.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, products typically take 3–4 business days to reach the destination, depending on the courier and location.
2. Order Cancellations
Self-Service Window: You have a strict 30-minute window from the moment of purchase to cancel your order directly from your User Dashboard.
After 30 Minutes: If the 30-minute window has passed, you must immediately contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8591897384.
Printing Status: If the product has already entered the printing stage, we cannot issue a cancellation or refund. If it is not yet in production, our admin team may cancel it at their sole discretion.
3. Liability & Delays
Dehavarman Enterprises is not liable for delays under the following circumstances:
- Courier Delays: Once a package leaves our facility, the delivery speed is the responsibility of the courier partner. We are not responsible for logistics delays, strikes, or weather-related issues.
- Technical & Machine Issues: As a POD business, we rely on high-tech machinery. In rare cases of machine breakdown, repairs, or maintenance, production may be delayed. By using our service, you understand these technical constraints and agree that we are not liable for such delays.
4. RTO (Return to Origin)
Return Address: In the event that a customer rejects a package, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable for delivery, the RTO will be sent to the Account Owner’s registered address (your address), not the Dehavarman Enterprises facility.
Account Owner Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your "From/Return" address is correctly set in your profile. We do not store or manage RTO inventory.
5. Quality Guarantee & Strict 48-Hour Reporting
If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will investigate the claim.
The Strict Window: Any issue must be reported within 1–2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date recorded by the courier. Claims made after this 48-hour window are strictly ineligible for any resolution.
Verification Rights: We reserve the exclusive right to judge the validity of any claim. If a claim is disputed or if a user provides exaggerated information, we may require the product to be shipped back to our facility at the user’s expense for physical inspection. Our technical team’s decision is final.
6. Refunds & Wallet Policy
Approved Refunds: If a claim is verified as a genuine manufacturing error, a refund of the product and shipping cost will be issued.
Method: All refunds are issued exclusively as store credit to your Wallet. We never issue refunds to bank accounts, credit cards, UPI, or external payment methods.
7. Policy Updates
Dehavarman Enterprises reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our site after updates, you accept the revised terms.
